Der Anlass f\u00fcr die Zusammenkunft waren die Neuwahlen einer Vertreterin\/eines Vertreters f\u00fcr die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Unser Bewohnervertreter Herr Poschenreithner Karl ist nach langer, schwerer Krankheit verstorben. Sein Vertreter Herr Colle\u00a0 kann die Funktion nicht mehr aus\u00fcben aufgrund seiner gesundheitlichen Situation. Im Vorfeld erhielten alle Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner eine pers\u00f6nliche, schriftliche Einladung. Die zahlreiche Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung zeigte uns wieder, wie wichtig es ist, eine Ansprechpartnerin\/einen Ansprechpartner zu gewinnen, damit unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner ihre W\u00fcnsche, Sorgen und Anliegen auf Augenh\u00f6he einbringen k\u00f6nnen. Die Wahl fiel einstimmig auf Frau Hackl Leopoldine aus Ebene 2 und die Vertretungsfunktion wird Herr Weiringer Rupert aus Ebene 1 \u00fcbernehmen. Die Offenheit unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im gemeinsamen Gespr\u00e4ch\u00a0 mit der Pflege- und Betreuungsleitung Frau Claudia Selberherr, MSc, der Pflege- und Betreuungsmanagerin DGKP Frau Patricia Hofer und der Seniorenbetreuerin Frau Ernestine Lindner war sehr ber\u00fchrend.\u00a0 Ein gro\u00dfes Lob von Bewohnerseite wurde auch der fach\u00e4rztlichen Betreuung durch Frau Dr.
