Im Vorfeld erhielten alle Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner eine pers\u00f6nliche, schriftliche Einladung. Die zahlreiche Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung zeigte uns, wie wichtig es ist, einen Rahmen zu schaffen, damit unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner ihre W\u00fcnsche, Sorgen und Anliegen einbringen k\u00f6nnen. Die Offenheit unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im gemeinsamen Gespr\u00e4ch\u00a0 mit der Pflege- und Betreuungsleitung Frau Claudia Selberherr, MSc, den Pflege- und Betreuungsmanagerinnen DGKP Frau Katharina Deisel und DGKP Frau Patricia Hofer und der Seniorenbetreuerin Frau Ernestine Lindner war sehr ber\u00fchrend. Von unseren an Demenz erkrankten Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern war auch eine Angeh\u00f6rige als Sprachrohr f\u00fcr ihre Liebste geladen, die sich verbal nicht mehr mitteilen kann. Auch ihre Sorgen und \u00c4ngste wurden wahrgenommen. Im Anschluss fand die Wahl zum Bewohnerbeirat statt. Vier Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner zeigten bereits im Vorfeld Interesse an dieser Aufgabe. Herr Karl Poschenreithner wurde von den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern zum Beirat gew\u00e4hlt, als seine Stellvertretung wird Herr Wilhelm Colle die Funktion \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Das sch\u00f6nste Geschenk an der Arbeit mit unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern ist das positive Feedback \u00fcber die Pflege- und Betreuung im Haus, und \u00fcber den Wohlf\u00fchlfaktor, wie auch \u00fcber die wieder erlangte Lebensqualit\u00e4t und die damit verbundene Selbstbestimmtheit, aber auch \u00fcber das Gef\u00fchl der Sicherheit.
